CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES

On August 10, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board, herein
called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election. in the
above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of • Election,
as amended, an election by secret ballot was conducted on or about
August 30, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Regional
Director for the Thirteenth Region (Chicago, Illinois). On August
31, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Sec-
tion 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-
Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an
Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to
the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties:

IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Local 758, International Union of Mine,
Mill and Smelter Workers, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial

Organizations, has been designated and selected by a majority of all
production and maintenance employees employed by the Company
in and about its Chicago, Illinois, plant, excluding executive,' super:
visory, office, and clerical employees, and handymen, truckmen, and
watchmen, as their representative for the purpose of collective bar-
gaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor
Relations Act, Local 758, International Union of Mine, Mill and
Smelter Workers, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organiza-
tions, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the
purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages,
hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
