ORDER
The Employer’s request for special permission to appeal the Regional Director’s
decision to direct a manual election is granted. The appeal is denied, however, because
the Employer has not shown that the Regional Director abused his discretion. Our denial
of the appeal is without prejudice to the Employer’s right to file a post-election objection
to the conduct of the election concerning the issue raised on review.
