REPRESENTATIVES August 13, 19 .On. July 11; 1942, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the. Board; issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on July 17,.1942, under the direction and supervision of the Acting Regional Director for the Tenth Region (Atlanta, Georgia). On July 20, 1942, the Acting Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of Na- tional Labor Relations Board Rules and Reg nations=Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Report, copies of which were duly served upon the parties. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. I. 0------------------------------ 2 On August 3, 1942, the Company filed a petition setting forth that the Board's Decision and Direction of Election issued on July 11, 1942,2 had incorrectly designated and described the name of the Com- pany. The Union has consented to the amendment as prayed-for by the Company in said petition. The petition is hereby granted.
