Employer and INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MACHINISTS AND AEROSPACE WORKERS, AFL-CIO, DISTRICT LODGE 60 Petitioner Case 8-RC-072882 DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election held February 29, 2012, and the Regional Director's report recommending disposition of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 51 ballots cast for the Petitioner, 7 ballots cast for the Intervenor,1 and 2 ballots cast for neither participating labor organizations, with no challenged ballots. No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of representative should be issued. 1 International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local Union No. 416. CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have been cast for International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO, District Lodge 60 and that it is the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of the employees in the following appropriate unit: All full-time and regular part-time Electricians, Electronics Technicians, Carpenters, Painters, Plumbers, HVAC Mechanics, Maintenance Mechanics, Pipefitters, Welders, Steam Plant Maintenance, Steam Plant Helpers, Boiler Operator/Mechanic, Stationary Engineers/Mechanical/Control, Stationary Engineers, Millwrights, Masons, Sheet Metal Workers, Maintenance Trades Helpers, Heavy Equipment Operators/Mechanics, Grounds Maintenance Laborers/Leads, Journeymen, Foremen, but excluding all office clerical employees, temporary employees, professional employees, all guards and supervisors as defined in the Act and all other employees.
