On December 4, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued its Decision and Direction of Elections 1 in the above-entitled proceedings. Pursuant to the Direction of Elec- tions, elections by secret ballot were conducted on December 17, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Nineteenth Region (Seattle, Washington). On December 20, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served on the parties an Election Report. F. of L., filed objections to the.Election Report with respect to the election held among the logging operations employees. On January 13, 1942, the Regional Director issued a Report on Objections.' We have considered the objections filed by -Local No. 2720, Lumber and Sawmill Workers Union, A. F. of L., and the Regional Director's report thereon* and find that the objections raise no substantial or material issues with respect to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report. The objections are hereby overruled. CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES By virtue of and pursuant to the power vested in the National Labor Relations Board by Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Rela- tions Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended. IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Local No . 2720 , Lumber and Sawmill Workers Union, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, has been designated and selected by a majority of all production and maintenance employees of the C. D. Johnson Lumber Corporation at the sawmill in Toledo, Oregon, excluding office, clerical, sales, mana- gerial , and supervisory employees , as their representative for the pur- poses of collective bargaining and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Local 2720, Lumber and Saw- C. JOHNSON LUMBER CORPORATION 913 mill Workers Union, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment; and IT I5 HEREBY CERTIFIED that Local 5-63, International Woodworkers of America, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, has been designated and selected by a majority of all production and maintenance employees and construction workers of the C. D.
