Case No. R-37'7 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES June 17, 1942 On May 14, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued its Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on June 2, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the First Region (Boston, Massachu- setts). On June 3, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B., No. 198. 1063 1064 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD Rhode Island, including all apprentices (except pattern-maker ap- prentices), but excluding office employees, engineering and drafting employees, machine-shop employees, guards and watchmen, foremen and subforemen, pattern makers, their handymen, pattern-maker ap- prentices, and maintenance men, as their representative for the pur- poses of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act, International Molders and Foundry Workers Union, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, bours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
