I. O. Case No. R-3545 SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND ORDER March 12, 1942 On February 18, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on February 25, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Twenty-first Region (Los Angeles, California). On February 27, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballot. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. I. 0-------------------------------------- 47 The results of the election show that no collective bargaining repre- sentative has been selected by a majority of the employees.
