ORDER
Counsel for the Acting General Counsel’s Motion that these cases be
remanded to Region 29 for processing of the Charging Party’s request to withdraw
the charges in light of the parties’ non-Board settlement agreement is granted.
Accordingly, these cases are remanded to the Regional Director for Region 29 of the
National Labor Relations Board for further appropriate action.
