R-3538, R-3539, and R-3540,, respectively CERTIFICATION, OF REPRESENTATIVES June 16, 1942 On April 28, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Elections in the above-entitled proceeding., Pursuant to the Direction of Elections, elections by secret ballot were conducted on May 21, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Second Region (New York City). On May 23, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations- Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Elec- tions Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballots or to the Elections Report have been filed by any of the parties. F. of L., has been designated and selected by a majority of all pattern makers and pattern makers' apprentices, employed at the 56th Street Brooklyn, New York shipyard of the Bethlehem Steel Company (Shipbuilding Division), excluding supervisory employees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Pattern Makers League of North America, New York Association, A. F. of L., is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wage, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment. IT IS HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFIED that Pattern Makers League of North America, New York Association, A. F. of L., has been designated and selected by a majority of all pattern makers and pattern makers' ap- prentices employed at the Hoboken, New Jersey shipyard of the Beth- lehem Steel Company (Shipbuilding Division), excluding supervisory employees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bar- gaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Pattern Makers League of North America, New York Association, A. F. of L., is the, exclusive repre- sentative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargain- ing with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
