ORDER
The Respondent’s Motion to Strike the Acting General Counsel’s
Exceptions to Bench Decision of Administrative Law Judge is denied. Although
the Acting General Counsel’s exceptions may not be in precise compliance with
the literal requirements of Section 102.46 of the Board’s Rules and Regulations,
the exceptions document, together with the supporting brief, sufficiently
designates the Acting General Counsel’s points of disagreement with the judge’s
decision. See Williams Services, Inc., 302 NLRB 492, fn. 1 (1991).
