The Intervenor’s Request for Review of the Regional Director’s Decision and Direction
of Election is granted. On review, the Regional Director’s determination that the Intervenor shall
appear on the ballot only as “Armstrong Nurses Association, HealthCare-PSEA,” is reversed and
the Intervenor’s request to appear on the ballot as “Armstrong Nurses Association, HealthCare-
PSEA, AFT Healthcare, Local 5120, AFL-CIO” is granted.1 This proceeding is remanded to the
Regional Director for appropriate action consistent with this Order.
