R-2920 and R-2991, respectively CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES November 14, 19./.1 On October 9, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Elections in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Elections, elections by secret ballot were conducted on October 23 and 28, 1941, at Noxen and Williamsport, Pennsylvania, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Fourth .Region (Phila- delphia, Pennsylvania). On October 27, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballot at Noxen, Pennsylvania, and on October 30, 1941, the Regional Director issued an.d duly served upon the parties an Election Report on. the ballot at Williamsport, Pennsylvania. No. objections to the conduct, of the ballots or to the Election Reports have been filed by any of the parties. By virtue of and pursuant to the power vested in the National Labor Relations Board by Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections,8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that International Fur and Leather Workers Union, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, has been designated and selected by a majority of all production and maintenance employees at the Noxen, Pennsylvania, plant of Armour and Company, trading as Armour Leather Company, including watch- men and powerhouse employees, but excluding foremen, assistant fore- men, supervisors, and clerical employees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, International Fur and Leather Workers Union, affil- iated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment; and IT IS HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFIED that International Fur and Leather Workers Union, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organiza- tions, has been designated and selected by a majority of all produc- tion and maintenance employees at the Williamsport, Pennsylvania, plant of Armour and Company, trading as Armour Leather Company, including watchmen, powerhouse employees, and resident construction employees, but excluding foremen, assistant foremen, supervisors, clerical employees, and traveling construction employees, as their rep- resentative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pur- -suant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, International Fur and Leather Workers Union, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organiza- tions, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment. 3 Includes the 6 ballots returned by employees in military service.
