THIRD AMENDMENT TO DIRECTION OF ELECTION
April 28, 1942
On December 18, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board; herein
called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the
above-entitled proceeding? On January 17, 1942, the Board issued
an Amendment to Direction of Election,2 and on March 2, 1942, the
Board issued a Second Amendment to Direction of Election.3 The
Direction of Election, as amended, directed that an election be held at
an unspecified future date, under the direction and supervision of the
Regional Director for the Fifth Region (Baltimore; Maryland).
The Board, having been advised by the Regional Director that an elec-
tion may be appropriately held at this time, hereby amends the
Direction of Election, as amended, by striking therefrom the words
"at such future time as the Board may hereafter direct," and substi-
tuting therefor the words "not later than thirty (30) days from the
date of this Third Amendment to Direction of Election." ,
