ORDER
The Request for Review filed by National Emergency Medical Services Association
(NEMSA) is denied.1 We find that, in light of the August 26, 2013 Order of the United
States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit granting a stay of the preliminary injunction
issued by the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the sole basis
for NEMSA’s Request for Review no longer exists.

1 Although NEMSA labels its filing a “Request for Review,” it is more in the nature of a
Special Appeal, inasmuch as it does not challenge any of the findings and
recommendations set forth in the Regional Director’s Decision and Direction of Election.
