On August 22, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding., Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on September 3, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Twelfth Region (Milwaukee, Wis- consin). On September 4, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pur- suant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. No. 18. 94 ALLIS-CHALMERS MANUFACTURING COMPANY 95 charger Plant No. 1, located at Greenfield and West Allis, Wisconsin, including all. operating engineers,, firemen, assistant. firemen, oilers, coal and ash handling and incinerator employees, and employees en- gaged in full time in the maintenance of powerhouse equipment and the entire cooling and heating distribution system, but excluding the chief engineer, the assistant chief engineers, foremen, assistant fore- men, feed water chemist, graduate student apprentices,, indentured apprentices, and cooperative student apprentices, as their representa- tive for the purposes of collective bargaining and that, pursuant to Sec- tion 9 (a) of the Act, International Brotherhood of Firemen & Oilers, Local 125, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of col- lective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employ- ment, and other conditions of employment.
