DECISION ON REVIEW AND ORDER
Employer’s Request for Review of the Acting Regional Director’s Decision and
Direction of Election is granted as it raises substantial issues warranting review.
Contrary to the Acting Regional Director, we find that separate elections should be held,
one in a unit consisting of the high volume installation and service technicians, and the
other in a unit consisting of the commercial installation and service technicians.
Accordingly, the Acting Regional Director’s Decision and Direction of Election is
reversed, and this case is remanded for further appropriate action consistent with this
Decision.
