COOK INC. and DISTRICT No. 34 INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MACHINISTS Case No. R-4:095 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES September 23, 1942 On August 17, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on September 3, 1942;,under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Eleventh Region (Indianapolis, Indiana). On September 5, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pur- suant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations--Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the' parties an Election Report on the ballot. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report were filed by any of the parties. B, No. 69 373 374 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD pertaining thereto, who are employed in the Company's machine shop, excluding foremen with the authority to-reconiniend hire or discharge, and all other supervisors with the authority to hire or discharge, moulders, pattern makers, watchmen, and office employees (including three employees in the office of the shop), as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, District No. 34 International Association of Machin- ists is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the pur- poses of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment; and other conditions of 'employment.
