On August 11, 1941, the Acting Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. BALDWIN & CO., INC. 95 IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that International Longshoremen's & Ware- housemen's Union, Unit #2, Local 2-7, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial -Organizations, has, been designated and selected by a majority of warehouse employees, including truck drivers, pack- ers, floor supervisors and stockkeepers, order runners, checkers, elevator operators, and porters, employed at the New Orleans, Louisiana, warehouse of A. Baldwin & Co., Inc., exclusive of execu- tives and department managers, stenographers, bookkeepers, clerks, receiving and shipping clerks, city salesmen, country salesmen, tele- phone operators, watchmen, radio technicians, salesmen-clerks, floor salesmen, salesmen in retail departments, service mechanics, and Peter Francis, a porter employed by a subsidiary company, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, International Longshoremen's & Warehousemen's Union, Unit #2, Local 2-7, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the pur- poses of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
