Section 4152.256 - Appointment of Certain Persons to Board of Directors Prohibited(a) This section does not apply to a relationship governed by Chapter 823.(b) An insurer may not appoint to the insurer's board of directors an officer, director, employee, controlling shareholder, or submanager of a manager acting for that insurer.Tex.
