Section 66.053 - Access to Books and Records The commissioner, a deputy commissioner, or an examiner or auditor of the commissioner shall be given free access to:
(1) the books and records of an association;(2) the books and records of a subsidiary or savings and loan holding company of an association relating to the association's business; and(3) the books and records kept by an officer, agent, or employee of the association, subsidiary, or savings and loan holding company relating to the association's business.
