Section 1722-A.1 - Pennsylvania Race Horse Development Fund(a) Fund established.--There is established a Pennsylvania Race Horse Development Fund within the State Treasury.(b)Account established.--There is established within the Fund a restricted receipts account to be known as the Pennsylvania Race Horse Development Restricted Receipts Account.(c) Distributions.--Except as provided under 3 Pa.C.S. §§ 9313 (relating to budget) and 9374 (relating to costs of enforcement of medication rules or regulations), and in accordance with section 1723-A.1, the department shall make distributions from the fund to each of the active and operating category 1 licensees conducting live racing.Amended by P.L.
