Section 1101 - Short titles(a) Title of subpart.--This subpart shall be known and may be cited as the Business Corporation Law of 1988.(b) Prior law.-- The act of May 5, 1933 (P.L. 364, No. 106) shall be known and may be cited as the Business Corporation Law of 1933. 1988, Dec. 21, P.L. 1444, No. 177, § 103, effective 10/1/1989.
