(a) The Committee shall make the designations biannually and disclose them on April 22 of the year of designation. The first disclosure of designation shall be made on April 22, 2012. In the event that the date of the disclosure falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, the disclosure shall be postponed for the next business day. The disclosure of the designation shall be made during a press conference in which at least the Chair and the Secretary of the Committee, or their authorized representatives, shall be present.
(b) Along with new designations, the Committee shall disclose which municipalities have lost their green initiatives designation.
