(a) The Committee shall draft regulations, to be known as the “Regulations for the Designation of Municipalities with Green Initiatives”.
(b) Such regulations shall at least provide:
(1) The manner in which applications shall be filed and accepted.
(2) The terms applicable to the filing and evaluation of applications.
(3) The parameters and measurements for evaluating applications.
(4) The evaluation criteria included by the Committee, in addition to those established in this chapter.
(5) The frequency of Committee meetings.
(6) The management and distribution of information and documents to the members of the Committee.
(7) The manner and procedure to be followed by the members of the Committee when issuing ratings.
(8) The tasks and responsibilities of each of the members of the Committee.
(9) The manner in which the designations shall be disclosed.
(10) The custody and disposal of documents and materials used in the process.
