§ 934c. Penalties

The Administrator, pursuant to § 932(j) of this title, is hereby empowered to adopt regulations to implement the provisions of this chapter, which shall have the force of law. The regulations shall prevail once they are approved by the Administrator and promulgated pursuant to Act No. 112, June 30, 1957, as amended, known as the “Regulations Act of 1958”.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or of the regulations issued hereunder, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not less than fifty dollars ($50), nor more than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) or imprisonment for a term not less than one (1) month nor more than six (6) months, or both, in the discretion of the court.
