§ 9284. Relation to constitutional provisions; supremacy over other laws

This chapter has been enacted pursuant to and in accordance with the police powers of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. In the event that the provisions of this chapter are in conflict with the provisions of any other law, the provisions of this chapter shall prevail.
