This partnership cannot be renounced during the marriage, except in case of judicial separation.
When the renunciation should take place by reason of a separation, or after the marriage has been dissolved or annulled, said renunciation shall be included in a public instrument, and the creditors shall have the right granted them in § 2783 of this title.
