§ 836. Penalties

Any person violating any provision of §§ 831—836 of this title or of any rule or regulation promulgated hereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200), or by imprisonment in jail for a term of not less than one (1) month nor more than three (3) months, or both, in the discretion of the court.
