Section 29-2002 - Beer licenses(a)(1) A holder of a 6-day Class A beer license may sell beer on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(2) A holder of a 7-day Class A beer license may sell beer:(i) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and(ii) on Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(b) A holder of a Class B beer license may sell beer:(1) on Monday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and(2) on Tuesday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(c) A holder of a Class C beer license may sell beer:(1) on Monday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and(2) on Tuesday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(d) A holder of a Class D beer license may sell beer:(1) on Monday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and(2) on Tuesday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.Added by 2016 Md.
