Section 23-1104 - Nonrefillable container permit - Draft beer(a) The Board may issue a nonrefillable container permit for draft beer to a holder of any class of license except a Class C license and a Class GC license.(b) An applicant for the permit shall complete the form that the Board provides.(c) There is no fee for the permit.Added by 2017 Md.
