Section 13-1312 - Purchasing requirements for 7-day Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license(a) The holder of a 7-day Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license may purchase beer and wine from a wholesaler.(b) The holder of a 7-day Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license may agree with the holder of a wholesaler's license to deliver beer and wine on the days that the per diem license is in effect and accept returns on the same day of delivery.Added by 2016 Md.
