Section 2-163 - Fuel-alcohol permit(a) There is a fuel-alcohol permit.(b) The permit authorizes the holder to establish a distilled spirits plant for the sole purpose to manufacture, process, store, use, or distribute distilled spirits exclusively for fuel.(c) A permit holder may not establish a distilled spirits plant for beverage purposes.Added by 2016 Md.
