Rule 3.11 - Responsibilities of Regulated Persons(a) A regulated person must comply with the rules for the program under which the person is regulated. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disciplinary action.(b) A regulated person must respond to requests for information from the Commission or the Director pertaining to renewal of certification, registration, or licensure; complaints alleging misconduct by the regulated person; and investigative inquiries by the Commission or Director. The regulated person must respond to a request for information within the time prescribed in the request.(c) A regulated person must provide the Commission with the person's name, business name, business address, home address, business and home telephone numbers, email address, and fax number, and must notify the Commission of any change in contact information within 30 days of the change. A regulated person must notify the Commission of a change in contact information through the Commission's online certification, registration, and licensing system on the Commission's website.(d) A regulated person who, after being certified, registered, or licensed, is convicted of any felony or misdemeanor offense must, within 14 days after conviction, notify the Commission of the conviction. A regulated person who, after being certified, registered, or licensed received a deferred adjudication of any offense must, within 14 days after the court defers adjudication, notify the Commission upon entry of the deferred adjudication.Tex.
