Rule 16.03

A Dallas County Family District Court may implement this rule by written notice to the presiding Family Judge, District Clerk, Child Support Office and the IV-D Agency. The Rule is effective in that court on the first (1^st) day of the month following written notice and applies only to cses affected by Orders set out in 16.01.
