Rule 25.07 - Misdemeanors or Felonies-Manner of Making DisclosureUnless otherwise ordered by the court, disclosure under Rules 25.03 through 25.06 shall be:
(A) In a manner agreed to by the state and the defendant, or(B) By the party making disclosure notifying opposing counsel that the material and information may be inspected, obtained, tested, copied, or photographed at a specified time and place, or(c) By the party making disclosure providing opposing counsel a copy of the material and information and filing contemporaneously with the court a document listing what was disclosed to the other party.Adopted June 13, 1979, eff. 1/1/1980.
