Section R722-930-4 - Procedure for Automatic Expungement Processing(1) Upon electronic receipt of a completed court order to expunge a clean slate eligible criminal case, the bureau shall: (a) determine whether the clean slate eligible criminal case is contained within the Utah Criminal History database and the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Next Generation Identification database;(b) remove any information associated with the criminal case from applicable databases;(c) create a record of the automatic expungement in a separate database for use by authorized entities under Sections 77-40-109 and 77-40-110; and(d) provide electronic notice to each law enforcement agency identified in the order of expungement.Utah Admin.
