Section R714-560-3 - Definitions(1) Terms used in this rule are found in Section 53-1-102.(2) In addition: (a) "committee" means the Technology and Equipment for Officer-Involved Critical Incident Investigation Committee established under this rule; and(b) "equipment" means technology and equipment to assist in the investigation of officer-involved critical incidents involving a firearm that meets the criteria specified in Section 53-1-121.Utah Admin.
