Section R714-510-5 - Apparatus to be Used for Testing

The following apparatus are acceptable for use in a 24-7 sobriety program;

(1) portable breath test;

(2) Intoxilyzer test;

(3) urine test;

(4) oral fluid test; and

(5) blood test.
