Section R714-160-22 - Low-Speed Vehicles(1) A low-speed vehicle shall meet the requirements found in Section 41-6a-1508. (a) The inspector shall issue a rejection inspection certificate when any of the requirements in Section 41-6a-1508 or 49 C.F.R. 571.500 are not met.Utah Admin. Code R714-160-22
