Section R714-110-2 - Purpose of RuleA. The Utah Highway Patrol, hereafter division, may issue a permit which will allow operation of a motor vehicle in violation of the provisions of Title 41, Chapter 6a, as authorized by Section 41-6a-1602.B. The purpose of this rule is to set forth the procedures whereby:(1) A person may apply for a permit.(2) The division may act on a permit application.(3) A person may appeal a permit denial.Utah Admin.
