Section R708-7-1 - PurposeThe purpose of this rule is to establish the:
(1) procedure for administering the standards and guidelines used by health care professionals to assess certain medical conditions in relation to driving safety;(2) responsibilities of health care professionals to educate patients on medical conditions that may affect driving safety;(3) responsibilities of individuals regarding their health in relation to driving safety; and(4) procedures regarding a petition requesting removal of an ignition interlock restriction.Utah Admin.
