Section R708-55-7 - Driver License Reciprocity Agreement Approval(1) The division may enter into a reciprocity agreement with a foreign jurisdiction upon:(a) approval of foreign jurisdiction's program; and(b) approval of the division's program by the foreign jurisdiction.(2) Upon approval of both the division and the foreign jurisdiction, a memorandum of understanding with the terms and conditions shall be sent by the division to the foreign jurisdiction's authorized agent to be signed.(3) The reciprocity agreement shall be made effective upon receipt of the signed and returned memorandum of understanding from the foreign jurisdiction to the division.Utah Admin.
