Section R708-30-11 - Insurance Coverage(1) The division shall obtain through a commercial insurance agency the required insurance coverage for all schools involved in providing motorcycle rider training.(2) Each school shall submit to the division a list identifying all motorcycles used for instruction purposes.(3) Motorcycles used by the schools for instruction purposes shall be covered by insurance obtained by the division and will be used only in approved rider training courses and only on division approved ranges.Utah Admin.
