Section R698-1-2 - DefinitionsTerms used in this rule are defined in Section 63-46b-2, except and in addition:
A. "Agency" means the pertinent division, bureau or office within the Department of Public Safety except the Division of Peace Officer Standards and Training and the Division of Driver License Services.B. "Declaratory order" means an administrative interpretation or explanation of rights, status and other legal relations under a statute, rule or order.C. "Director" means the agency head or governing body with jurisdiction over the agency's adjudicative proceedings.D. "Order" is defined in 63-46a-2.E.
