Section R33-3-101 - Delegation of Authority of the Chief Procurement Officer

Pursuant to Title 63G, Chapter 6a, Part 3, Chief Procurement Officer, the Chief Procurement Officer may delegate in writing any authority under Section 63G-6a-304 as deemed appropriate to any employees of the office of the chief procurement officer or of an executive branch procurement unit. These delegations shall remain in effect unless modified or revoked in writing.
