Section R25-3-13 - Record Retention(1) The Department of Administrative Services Division of Finance shall retain the record copy of the decision along with the minutes, or electronic recording, or court reporter transcript (if available) of the proceedings according to the designated State of Utah retention schedules.Utah Admin.
