Section R25-22-5 - Validated Financial Institutions(1) A validated Financial Institution must submit documentation required in Section R25-22-4 to the Division of Finance on an annual basis, as directed by the Division of Finance.(2) A Financial Institution must notify the Division of Finance within 30 days of any change in information reported for compliance to this rule. If required, time to cure non-compliance will be assigned by the Division of Finance upon notification.(3) Failure to comply with Subsection R25-22-5(2) will result in automatic removal from the approved Financial Institution list.(4) A Financial Institution that is removed from the approved Financial Institution list may appeal to the Director of the Division of Finance for reinstatement subject to Rule R25-2.Utah Admin.
