Section R23-1-301 - Relationship with the Division of Purchasing and General Services(1) The division recognizes Part 3 of the Utah Procurement Code regarding the Chief Procurement Officer. The division may participate as needed or required with trainings provided by the Division of Purchasing and General Services.(2) The director's responsibilities are provided in Title 63a, Chapter 5b, Administration of State Facilities.Utah Admin.
