Section R23-1-1205 - Defective Cost or Pricing Data(1) If defective cost or pricing data was used to adjust a contract price, the vendor and the division may enter into discussions to negotiate a settlement.(2) If a settlement cannot be negotiated, either party may seek relief as provided by applicable laws and rules.Utah Admin.
