Section 85.607 - Hearings

Hearings held under this subchapter will be held in accordance with the rules of procedure applicable under § RSA 9.1(a) of this title (relating to Application, Construction, and Definitions) , the Administrative Procedure Act, the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, and the Texas Rules of Evidence.
